This first step marks the beginning of your acquisition. Payment of 40% of the total price allows you to definitively reserve your plot. A receipt is issued immediately as proof of payment.

Purchasing land is a major investment that deserves to be fully protected. At Askan Ndaw, we do everything possible to ensure the legal security of your acquisition.

Our Standard Support package includes all the essential administrative procedures required to secure ownership of your plot, while our Full Support package enables you to obtain a Land Title, the most secure form of property ownership in Senegal.

All our plots are fully documented and come with the necessary paperwork to ensure a legally compliant transaction. We work closely with local authorities and administrative services to provide you with a smooth and secure acquisition process.

Can I change my support package during the process?

Yes, you can upgrade from the Standard package to the Full Support package at any time. An additional €450 fee will then apply. Contact our team for more information.
